Battery slice cutting
The main purpose of cell cutting is to produce components that meet electrical requirements. The current of a single cell, whether monocrystalline or polycrystalline, is relatively large (usually above 4A), and the voltage is between 0.4~0.45V (open circuit voltage Uoc is about 0.6~0.65V), which cannot provide sufficient voltage. The voltage of the cut cell, no matter how small, remains unchanged, and the power of the solar cell is proportional to the area of the cell panel. According to the voltage and power required by the photovoltaic module, the required cell area and the number of cells can be calculated. Finally, the battery slice is cut to the target size by cutting the battery slice, and the relevant electrical performance required by the process is reached.
